Recommended Use
Dosage: Lymphatic Cleanse: Adults: Take 5 mL (1 tsp) once each morning in a little water on an empty stomach. Kidney Cleanse: Adults: Take 5 mL (1 tsp) once before bedtime in a little water on an empty stomach. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication. Liver Tonic Tea: Adults: Consume once each morning or divide throughout the day. Pour 250-500 mL of boiling water over 1 tbsp (15 mL) of herb and infuse for 20 minutes, strain, and consume as a tea each morning. Alternatively, three times per day, pour 250-500 mL of boiling water over 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of herb and infuse for 20 minutes, strain, and consume as a tea. Bowel Cleanse: Adults: Mix 2 teaspoons daily with 150 mL liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar beverage) and take on an empty stomach. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose and may take 2-3 days. In addition, maintain adequate fluid intake.
