Our goal at Five Natural is to ensure complete satisfaction with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after the date of arrival. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable or final sale are not within our return guidelines.

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service team at support@fivenatural.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to complete the return process.

Returns totalling more than $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded
