Ordering
How do I view the status of my order?
You will receive notification emails as the status of your order changes. The emails will indicate when we receive your order, when the order is being processed and once the order ships.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged as soon as you place your order.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
You may attempt to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our Customer Service team immediately at support@fivenatural.com Please include your order number and the information used to make the purchase. To avoid changes or cancellations, we encourage you to carefully review your cart before submitting your order.
Do I need a fivenatural.com account to place an order?
We recommend an account be made before placing an order as most of our communication regarding your order occurs via email, however, a guest account could also be used.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Master Debit, Amex, Apple Pay/Google Pay.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping in Canada, United States & Mexico.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-3 business days for Five Natural to pick, pack and prepare your order. Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Once your order leaves our warehouse the estimated delivery time is based on the delivery location, refer to your tracking link.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we will notify you by email and provide you with the tracking information for your package. You can use the tracking number to stay up to date on the status of your delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused and unopened items for any reason within 14 days of arrival of the order. Returns are not accepted for final sale products such as gift cards and professional brands. Please refer to our return policy. Shipping fees may apply, contact customer service for more details.
Please note international orders are final sale.
How do I make a return request?
To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service team at support@fivenatural.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to complete the return process.
Returns totalling more than $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Gift Cards
How do I purchase a gift card?
Five Natural Gift Cards are available at denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, $300, $400 and $500.
Please note that gift cards are final sale and not available for refund/return.
One you purchase the gift card you will receive an email with the gift card, the gift card amount and a unique code to input at checkout to redeem the gift card online.
