Recommended Use
Suggested Use Adults: take 1 capsule before bed or as directed by a health care practitioner. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Cautions Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, depression and/or related diseases, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, low blood pressure, migraines, or cerebral palsy. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking steroids, blood thinners, hypnotics or medications for seizures, blood pressure, to affect mental state or increase sedation. Avoid consumption with alcohol, medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Stop use if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Some people may experience drowsiness. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking immunosuppressant drugs, or allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/ Compositae/Daisy family. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after using this product, and exercise caution if involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
