Recommended Use
Suggested Use Adults take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Adult women: 1-2 capsules per day. Pregnant women: 2 capsules per day. Breastfeeding women: 1 capsule per day. Cautions Taking a daily prenatal multi-vitamin and mineral supplement that contains iron along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting due to high iron intake.
