Recommended Use
Suggested Use Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening. Children (4-13 years): 1 teaspoon per day. Adolescents (14-17 years): 2 teaspoons per day. Adult women over 18 years: 2 teaspoons per day. Adult women over 51 years: 1 teaspoon per day. Breastfeeding women: 1 teaspoon per day. Pregnancy: 3 teaspoons per day.
