It's a 4:1 extract, but unknown standardization (which these commonly would show). Good potential health benefits per research.Comes in a light blocking plastic bottle with inner and outer seals for protection. Easy to swallow.

This is probably the best deals in rhodiola supplements i have come across. It also contains 1000mg rhodiola rosea, compared to 200-500 for other supplements I've tried in the past. I am a competitive triathlete, and I have found that, out of all the various supplements I've tried, rhodiola is effective in helping me cope with the physical demands of training. I cannot say this supplement is better than other brands in terms of its efficacy, but it is a great value. The pills are also small and easy to swallow. I will likely order this supplement again.

Although each capsule is 250mg, they have a 4:1 potency.

That means I get a composition which is equivalent to 1 gram of Rhodiola Rosea!Rhodiola Rosea has been a wonderful adaptogen for me. At a full 120 doses in this bottle, I am hopeful that Futurebiotics has what I need to help me as needed.These capsules are easy to swallow.I'll update this review if need be.
