Recommended Use
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take one softgel 1-2 times per day with a meal, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects. Risk Information: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are taking blood pressure or blood thinning medications. Nausea is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
