Recommended Use
Adult Dosage To equate the EGCg consumption of the best Japanese studies, take one capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Cautions Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks, if you have a liver disorder, or if you have an iron deficiency. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
