Recommended Use
Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract. Duration Of Use For prolonged use, consult a healthcare provider. Cautions If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than two weeks, consult your physician. Do not drive, drink alcoholic beverages or engage in activities requiring mental altertness while taking this product.
