Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water), Enteric Coating (sodium alginate, shellac) and Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol).

Recommended Use
Directions Adult Dosage: Take 2 softgels 1-2 times daily with meals. Children 18 years and younger: Take 1 softgel 1-2 times daily with meals.
