Triphala Powder (Standardized to contain 40% Tannins) 500 mg Amla (Emblica officinalis) Fruit Extract, Behada (Terminalia bellerica) Fruit Extract, Harada (Terminalia chebula) Fruit Extract)Calcium (from Calcium Carbonate) 60 mg Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide) 100 mg Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Cellulose, Tablet Coating (water, cellulose, hypromellose, stearic acid (vegetable source)), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silica.

Recommended Use
Directions Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily between meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications. Risk Information If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have or develop abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting, consult a health care practitioner. Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea.
