Recommended Use
Directions Adult Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily. Take with at least 250 ml of water, two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, since the absorption of these products may be delayed. Risk Information Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort such as gas, bloating, cramps.
