Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Hyprolose, Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Recommended Use
Directions Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules twice per day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Risk Informations Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulants, blood thinners, anti-depressants, stimulants, oral contraceptives, if you have hypertension or hormone sensitive cancers (ie. breast or prostate cancer). Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are allergic to maca or other members of the Brassicaceae family (eg. broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, and cauliflower). Large amounts of maca may cause bloating or flatulence. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure or suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression.
