Recommended Use
Directions Adult Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any other medications, are diabetic, have renal insufficiency, chromate or leather allergy, or are being treated for a psychiatric disorder. Do not use if you have shellfish allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take any fat soluble supplements (Vitamin A, D or E, essential fatty acids) within 4 hours of taking this product. May experience headaches, insomnia, sleep disturbances, irritability and mood changes.
