Recommended Use
Recommended Dose Add 2 scoops (67 g) of RealEasy powder to 250–500 mL of water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender until smooth to make a delicious, satisfying drink. Drink immediately after mixing, as it thickens quickly. Use 1–2 times daily as a meal replacement. When first taking RealEasy begin with 1 scoop (33.5 g) in 125–250 mL of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops (67 g) as directed above. Serving Option Real Easy Powder makes a delicious pudding. Follow directions above. After mixing pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Add 1/2 a banana or other fruit for variety or use your favourite plant based beverage for higher calories and a creamier texture. Notice A small percentage of people may initially experience minor digestive changes when taking PGX. Slowly work up to the full dose to give your body time to adjust. It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (250-500mL) after taking PGX. Cautions Consult a health care practitioner if you are under 18 years of age, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any health concerns. If you are taking medication, take it one hour prior to or two hours after taking RealEasy.
