Recommended Use
Recommended (Adults) Dose 1–2 capsules just before consuming any food containing lactose or as directed by a health care practitioner. Lactase Enzyme must be taken each time you consume a lactose-containing food, as the enzyme will only work on the food just consumed. Lactase Enzyme has no lasting effect beyond the meal with which it is taken. Depending on the amount of lactose in the food you eat, or for severe lactose intolerance, you may need to adjust the dosage to 2 capsules, but no more than 2. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. Recommended Use Assists in the digestion of dairy products. Lactase converts lactose into an easily digestible form by replacing the body’s missing enzyme, thereby effectively relieving the uncomfortable symptoms of diarrhea, gas and bloating that result from lactose intolerance.
