Recommended Use
Recommended Dose (Adults) 1–2 capsules 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 2–3 months to see beneficial effects. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. Recommended Use Used in herbal medicine to help relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis and to offer short-term relief of low back pain. Cautions Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, heartburn or diarrhea.
