Recommended Use
Recommended Dose (Adults) 3 mL (45 drops) 1–3 times daily in a ½ glass of water or as directed by a health care practitioner. Recommended Use Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve nervousness (calminative/ sedative) and as a sleep aid to help promote sleep.
