Recommended Use
Recommended Dose (Adults) 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Shake well prior to use. Recommended Use Traditional herbal medicine for the relief of sore throat and cough due to colds. Mix with hot water for a soothing hot drink. Cautions Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs, chemotherapy or have recent tissue transplants.
