Recommended Use
Recommended Dose (Adults) 2 capsules 2 times daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner. Recommended Use Acetyl-L-carnitine is a highly biovailable form of L-carnitine and is able to effectively cross the blood-brain barrier. Acetyl-L-carnitine assists the critical conversion of choline into acetylcholine.
