Recommended Use
Directions: Adults - Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Indications: Helps to support/maintain healthy blood glucose levels. To be used with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity (if possible) to help in weight management. Warnings: Do not use if safety seal is broken. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia (e.g. feeling anxiety, dizziness, tremors, sweating, nausea or headache) or liver trouble (e.g. yellowing of the skin/eyes, jaundice, stomach pain, dark urine, unusual tiredness or loss of appetite). Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if you are taking blood sugar or cholesterol lowering medications, or if you have diabetes, iron deficiency or liver disorder. Consumption with alcohol or other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
