    Melatonin-SR offers sustained-release MicroActive melatonin to promote healthy sleep. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, which regulates the body’s sleep/wake cycle.     Helps re-set the body's sleep-wake cycle. Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule 30-60 minutes before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Risk Information: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
