equivalent to 200 mg of raw herb
50 mg Hops (4:1) extract (Humulus lupulus, strobiles)
equivalent to 100 mg of raw herb
25 mg Passionflower (4:1) extract
(Passiflora incarnata, herb top) equivalent to 100 mg of raw herb
25 mg Catnip (Nepeta cataria, herb top)
20 mg Also contains
Cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.

Recommended Use
Directions Adults: Take 2-3 capsules before going to bed or as needed for the relief of insomnia. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Warnings Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have depression and/or related diseases, or if you are breastfeeding. Do not use if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
