Recommended Use
Directions Adults and adolescents 9 years and older: Take 1-2 softgels daily, for the maintenance of good health and to help: Relieve symptoms of dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome Children 5 years and older, under parent's supervision: Take 1 softgel daily. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Warnings Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are having coagulopathy problems or taking anticoagulants or other medications, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur with shellfish; if this occurs, discontinue use. Do not use if you are allergic to shellfish. Not suitable for infants.
