(Silybum marianum, seed) equivalent to 3,010 mg of raw herb, standardized to 80% silymarin
43 mg Turmeric (20:1) extract
(Curcuma longa, rhizome) equivalent to 1,600 mg of raw herb
80 mg Choline (Bitartrate) 27.5 mg Methionine 10 mg Also contains
Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, modified cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid, water-soluble cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, silica, riboflavin.

Recommended Use
Directions Adults: Take 1 caplet daily. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Warnings Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you have gallstones, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid.
