Recommended Use
Directions Adults: Take 3 softgels daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Warnings Consult a health care practit- ioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone prepara- tions, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy.
