Recommended Use
Directions Adult Women: Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal prior to conception, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children. Warnings There is enough drug (iron) in this package to seriously harm a child. Keep out of the reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
