Recommended Use
Helps to form red blood cells and helps in their proper function. Helps to prevent iron deficiency ane-mia and associated tiredness and fatigue. Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
