Easymulti Teen for Young Women provides the nutrients that teenage girls need for overall health, clear skin, strong teeth and bones, better eyesight, as well as improved mood and energy.
Easymulti Teen for Young Women
Teenage girls are on the go, and may often make food choices that are low in vitamins, minerals, fibre and other essential nutrients. With a lifestyle that often swings between being active and sedentary, teens need all the nutritional support they can get. Young women need higher levels of vitamin B3 and iron to support hormonal changes and bone growth that typically occurs between the ages of 13 and 17.
Brain Power and Healthy Vision
Vitamin C, zinc and magnesium, the B vitamins and DHA all support healthy brain function. DHA or docosahexaenoic acid, is a long-chain essential fatty acid that serves as a major building block of the brain and the retina. In fact, two thirds of the brain is made up of fat, of which DHA is the major component. Vitamin A and antioxidants such as Vitamin C and E ensure healthy vision by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress than can lead to degenerative eye diseases.
Strong Bones and Teeth
The rapid growth period in the tween and teen years is critical for bone development. This is when teenagers accumulate more than 25 percent of adult bone. By the time teens finish their growth spurts, 90 percent of their adult bone mass is established. Calcium, vitamin C, vitamin D and magnesium helps ensure that the body has what it needs to reach peak bone mass and healthy gums and teeth.
Healthy Skin
Clear, glowing skin without breakouts begins with a balance of omega 3s, vitamins A, B complex, C, E and zinc. These nutrients protect the skin cells from free-radical damage, regulate the activity of oil glands and strengthen the skin’s elasticity.
Omega Absorb
Through the power of healthy oils, this award-winning delivery system allows this body to absorb the nutrients it needs to improve its health and achieve its wellness goals.
