Recommended Use
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule per day before meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner. For muscle repair, take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Risk Information: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have liver or kidney disease, a seizure disorder, or if you have been instructed to follow a low protein diet.
