Magnesium and orotic acid have complementary relationship in the body, both working to maintain normal levels of energy production and contributing to normal protein synthesis. Magnesium is involved in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as being needed for normal psychological function. Magnesium is needed for the normal maintenance of bones and teeth as well as normal muscle function.
