Recommended Use
Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. Helps to prevent folate and vitamin B12 deficiency. Helps to form red blood cells. Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.
