Recommended Use
Adult Dosage Adults (18 years and over) – Take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner. Cautions Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or blood pressure medication. May cause cold, abdominal symptoms, headache, fatigue and diarrhea.
