Recommended Use
Adult Dosage Adults (18 years and over) – Take one capsule, two times a day, with food; or as directed by health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
