microcrystalline cellulose and sodium benzoate.
Capsule: hypromellose.
Contains no wheat, gluten, corn, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish or any animal byproduct.

Recommended Use
Dosage Adult Dosage Take 1 capsule twice daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend or mix the capsules. Swallow the capsule whole. Cautions Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Acanthaceae family or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking immunosuppressant, anticoagulant, antiplatelet or hypotensive medications (or supplements). Some people may experience gastric discomfort, vomiting and/or loss of appetite. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or for use beyond 7 days.
