Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water), Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Tricalcium phosphate.

Recommended Use
Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve premenstrual symptoms. Helps relieve symptoms associated with menopause. Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 cap-sule daily between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks. Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a seizure disorder, hypokalemia, high blood pressure or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, or if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, or if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble.
